30-Day Money Back Guarantee

DearMob provides refund within 30 days of product purchase, if our products cannot normally work with error or bug and we cannot solve it within an acceptable time period or provide a temporary solution. Sometimes the software doesn't work well due to improper operations. We strongly suggest you contact our support team for help first with detailed problem description.

 
Trial Version Before Purchase

All DearMob software offers a free trial version. Customers can free download the trial version of product on our website and try it before deciding to purchase. Please be careful not to purchase the wrong product.

Please purchase our software from the official site and authorized resellers. Some sellers of DearMob iPhone Manager on Amazon and eBay are NOT authorized who might sell you unusable registration code. To protect your right, please contact us for confirmation.

Circumstances of Refund Under the conditions below, DearMob can provide refund within the Money Back Guarantee period.
NOTE: If a purchase exceeds the product's specified money-back-guarantee period, no refund will be given.
Non-technical Circumstances

1. In the event of purchase of a "wrong product", generally, DearMob will assist customer to exchange it for the right product from our website. If the customer really doesn't need the purchased product, DearMob will refund the price of the "wrong product" on condition that it is still in the money back guarantee period.

2. In the case of duplicate purchase of the same product or purchasing two products with similar functions, DearMob can refund one of them or exchange one program for another DearMob product which the customer likes.

3. Refund request claiming not receiving the registration code within 24 hours after completing the order. In this case, DearMob will help customer retrieve the registration code immediately after knowing the issue. Supposing that the support team doesn't give a timely response, DearMob will issue refund if the customer indeed doesn't need the product any more.

4. Purchase of the quantity of one product by mistake. Customer can exchange some of them for other DearMob products or get refunds of some of them.

Technical Circumstances

Please explain the problem of purchased product in detail, DearMob's tech support will try their best to provide solutions ASAP (sometimes it might take longer to get a reply from the support team if the quantifies of emails they receive is huge on that day. But a reply within 24 hours is guaranteed). If the purchased product indeed does not function properly together with an error or bug indication and the customer doesn't want to wait for a future upgrade, DearMob will refund the purchased product.

Once a refund is made, the corresponding registration code will be immediately disabled.

As for the download version, please uninstall the software and delete it from your computer.

As for the disc version, please destroy the disc and uninstall the software from your computer.

Circumstances of No Refund Please be aware that, in general, DearMob does not refund or exchange products in the following circumstances with products featuring an up to 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Non-technical Circumstances

1. Refund request for no particular reason. Refund request for a customer's "change of mind" after purchase by simply saying "I do not like it" or "I do not want it" and refusing to elaborate will not be approved.

2. DearMob can't provide a refund should a product fail to meet our customers' expectations because of a lack of understanding of the product functions or without free trial on their part. DearMob suggests customers to read the description of the product and try the free trial version before purchasing, so as to avoid improper purchase. However, customer can exchange the purchased product for the correct product within the guarantee period.

3. A refund request for not receiving the registration code within 12 hours after the order has been completed. Under normal circumstances, DearMob's system will automatically send an e-mail containing the registration code to the e-mail address customer specified within 1 hour once the order is validated, but sometimes due to system malfunction, mail filter settings or your email service provider rejects emails from unknown senders. etc., the sending process can be delayed. In this case, customer can email the support team to retrieve the registration code. (Payment by bank transfer/check needs 2 to 3 business days until receiving registration information, so it is excluded from above.)

4.Having purchased the "wrong product" but not exchanging it for the right product, and the purchased product's refund guarantee period has expired. A refund in this case will not be given. However, as a solution, DearMob can offer a special discount for the customer to purchase the right product. If it's still in the purchased product's guarantee period, please uninstall the wrong product first, and then email us with the order information and the right product. DearMob will exchange the right one for the customer.

5. Refund request claiming purchasing the wrong product and having purchased the right product from another company.

Refund request due to DearMob product price differences between different countries/regions or price differences between DearMob and other companies with similar products.

7. Back-up CD is shipped by our payment processor 2Checkout. And according to the refund policy of 2Checkout, Back-up CD is non-refundable.

8. Refund request due to a wrong email/delivery address provided by customer during purchasing. DearMob is able to fix the error for you in the database and sends you the registration code/Backup CD.

Technical Circumstances

1. If there is a certain technical problem with the product, but the customer declines to provide detailed descriptions and information on the problem to the support team and refuses any solutions provided by DearMob support team trying to troubleshoot. Or there is no problem of the product, but the product is not functioning properly due to the wrong operation or the problem of operating environment such as computer hard drive, DearMob will not refund the order.

2. A refund request for technical trouble cannot be granted on condition that the purchased software has been updated and the order has exceeded the refund money back guarantee period.
